55bm2 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 55bm2 ("55bm2," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 55bm2 website, platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on 55bm2, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 55bm2 Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

To register and use the 55bm2 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 55bm2, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 55bm2 Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

55bm2 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed.

To access the full features of the 55bm2 Platform, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 55bm2 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 55bm2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• You must notify 55bm2 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified 55bm2 of unauthorized access in a timely manner.
• 55bm2 reserves the right to require additional identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals.

Account Information: You must keep your account information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

55bm2 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other bank transfer options as made available on the Platform from time to time.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your 55bm2 account balance upon confirmation of receipt by the Platform.
• 55bm2 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 55bm2 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds.

Players may request withdrawal of available funds from their 55bm2 account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 55bm2 account holder.
• 55bm2 reserves the right to require completion of identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for details.
• 55bm2 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• 55bm2 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

55bm2 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues beyond our reasonable control.

55bm2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 55bm2 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
• 55bm2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or arbitrage strategies — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the 55bm2 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• All game outcomes on 55bm2 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes conducted by trained dealers under controlled conditions.
• 55bm2 does not guarantee any particular outcome, return-to-player rate, or winning result for any game.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 55bm2 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account balance.
• Wagers placed and accepted by the Platform are final. 55bm2 will not reverse or cancel wagers after they have been accepted, except in cases of verified technical error.
• 55bm2 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or manipulation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55bm2 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while registered on any exclusion list.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform.

All content on the 55bm2 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 55bm2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 55bm2.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any 55bm2 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55bm2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

55bm2's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 55bm2's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

55bm2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 55bm2 Privacy Policy. You may review our full Privacy Policy at 55bm2 Privacy Policy.

55bm2 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide Platform services, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

Closure by Player: You may close your 55bm2 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Suspension or Termination by 55bm2: 55bm2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements or identity verification requests.
• Conduct that 55bm2 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of games.
• A request or requirement from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

In cases of termination for cause, 55bm2 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation and, where fraud or breach is confirmed, to forfeit such balances in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Complaints Process: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact 55bm2 customer support to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. 55bm2 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

55bm2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 55bm2 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 55bm2 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
